The Great Neck-based health system, which has occupied a 20,000 square foot call center at Melville Corporate Center II since 2013, secured a lease for an additional 52,000+ square feet in the building for several administrative teams.
Acting as the general contractor on this large buildout, BBRC completed the total renovation transforming a former technology firm’s back office location into an office space for administrative support personnel. With a grand reception area, multiple conference rooms, large and bright interior bull pen spaces and advanced technology requirements, BBRC worked collaboratively with numerous Northwell Health teams to construct this space.
The project also required a tight turnaround for multiple phases of construction, in addition to the organization of multiple approved vendors vetted through the Northwell Health system. In the end, BBRC was able to deliver the various phases of the buildout on time.
